    Carroll opened in 1964. The school is located at 8101 W. Central in Wichita. The 5A Golden Eagles play in the Wichita City League.

    Carroll has won 50 state championships: baseball (2005, 2012), boys bowling (2009), boys cross country (1986, 1993, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012), football (1978, 2012), boys track (2005), wrestling (2002, 2005, 2006, 2008), girls basketball (2004), girls bowling (2009), girls cross country (1979, 1980, 1998, 1999, 2007, 2010, 2011), girls golf (1976, two-girl), softball (1979, 1980, 1987, 1991, 1993, 1999, 2001, 2004, 2011, 2012, 2013), girls tennis (1978), girls track (2011), volleyball (1971, 1987, 1988, 1990, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2001).

    Maize South edges Carroll in 5A baseball regional final

    Jordan Maxson stepped up to the plate in the bottom of the eighth inning with two runners on base. Maxson crushed a double off of the center-field fence to score Bradyn Wiens from second base and give Maize South the 2-1 win over Bishop Carroll in the Class 5A baseball regional championship game.   • Carroll, Eisenhower split baseball doubleheader

    The moment the Bishop Carroll baseball players walked off the field after losing the first game of the doubleheader against Eisenhower 9-7 on Thursday at Westurban, the team quickly regrouped and was ready for the second game.   • Carroll sweeps Northwest to complete perfect regular season

    Bishop Carroll freshman Kaylin Watkins stepped up to the plate in the seventh inning without a hit in the first game of a softball doubleheader against Northwest, and her team leading 5-3. Watkins battled off four pitches before delivering a three-run home run to help seal the 8-3 win at Two Rivers Youth Club and the City League title. Full Story →
