2A boys: Moundridge defeats Inman

Daniel Ratzlaff scored 12 points, grabbed four rebounds and handed out two assists to help Moundridge edge Inman 48-41 in the first round of the Class 2A tournament Wednesday at Bramlage Coliseum in Manhattan.

Moundridge and Inman, both members of the Heart of America, split during the regular season. Moundridge won the first meeting 61-60, Inman won the second game 60-56.

Josh Miller paced Inman with 12 points. He had 26 points when the teams played in December.

Hunter Enyart controlled the backboards for Moundridge, getting 14, 10 on defense. Ryan Lorimer added 10 points and six rebounds for Moundridge (18-5).

Moundridge will play Meade in the semifinals Friday afternoon.
