KELLEN SIMS ON HIS TEAM
What Derby does well: “Our whole team is our strength. We’re all together, we’re all a family, we’re all brothers out there and we play to protect each other. I couldn’t single out one strength.”
What has to improve: “Mental errors. We need to reduce mental errors and play hard every down. Being a senior, we don’t have many more downs to play. We need to go out there and play as hard as we can every play and cut down our mental errors.”
