Trinity Academy hires Jared McDaniel as its football coach

Trinity Academy has hired former Derby assistant Jared McDaniel as its football coach, replacing Tyler Ryan, now the Wellington coach.

McDaniel, who graduated from Liberal, spent the past four years as a Derby assistant and before that, he spent two years as the Douglass coach. He played football at Hutch juco and Southwest Baptist University.

In Trinity’s press release, he said

“My family and I feel blessed with the opportunity to join the Trinity Academy family," says McDaniel. "I have been impressed with success of such a young football program, and I'm excited at the chance to guide them to the next level of success both on and off the field."
