Augusta was held to 125 yards of offense.
Thomas Mudd had 18 carries for 187 yards in leading Anderson County, which had a 21-0 after the first quarter.
Clearwater 36, Andale 31
Jarred Nickelson’s 65-yard scoring run in the fourth quarter helped visiting Clearwater drop Andale to 0-5. Nickelson finished with 218 rushing yards on 18 carries.
Andale got within five after Ethan Jones’ 62-yard fumble return later in the quarter but couldn’t take the lead.
Trent Horsch carried 18 times for 107 Andale yards.
Collegiate 41, Circle 7
Markus Phox ran for two touchdowns and threw for another in the visiting Spartans’ victory at Towanda.
Seth Carder, Isiah Franklin, Houston Cusick and Spenser Schooler also scored for Collegiate, which rushed for 303 yards — 107 by Franklin.

Conway rebounded from last week’s Garden Plain loss to put up 42 first-half points.
Cory Misak had scoring runs of 37 and 27 yards in the first half, while teammate Jordan Ast had runs of 34 and 52 yards. Misak rusked for 178 yards, Ast for 83.
Garden Plain 64, Independent 0
Garden Plain had touchdowns by run, pass, interception return and punt return in the first quarter on the way to a 41-point lead in the opening 12 minutes. Seven players scored touchdowns for the Owls, the top-ranked team in Class 3A. Garden Plain limited Independent to 75 yards of offense, including -12 rushing yards.
Goddard 21, Valley Center 20
The Goddard line blocked a 40 yard field-goal attempt by Valley Center with 54 seconds on the clock to hold on for the one-point win.
Valley Center trailed by one after Tate Anderson’s fourth-quarter touchdown, but the Hornets missed the go-ahead two-point conversion.
Anderson had two touchdowns, as did Goddard’s Austin White.
Newton 21, Campus 17
Seth Hill rushed for 166 yards and a touchdown for visiting Newton.

Maize tried to rally from a 21-7 deficit but came up short.
Blake Pontius, Chase White and Dan Keltz scored for the Eagles, who got 141 passing yards from Pontius.
