Leonel Mestas returned a kickoff 86 yards for a touchdown to enable Augusta to break a 17-game losing streak Friday night.
Shane Smith, who scored earlier on a 49-yard pass from Alec Hess, also caught a two-point conversion pass. Mestas later scored on a one-yard run and kicked the extra point.
Alex Gardinier rushed for 160 yards for Circle, scoring on a 99 yard run in the second quarter, giving the Thunderbirds a 7-6 lead.
